Laverne or Lavern - don't like this at all
Carlisle - handsome
Harrison - I don't hear this often. I like it.
Tate - surnamey. Seems a little incomplete for a full name.
Elwyn - sounds feminine to me.

Lyle - I think it would be better as a middle name. As a first name it's kind of blah
