I've heard it's pronounced as AY-ra or EYE-ra, and not like era (assuming you're using the Welsh name). I do love it as EYE-ra, though, and that's how I pronounce it when I look at it.As for how you pronounce it, I'd think it'd be nice with some of these middle names:Eira Felicity

Eira MiriamMy suggestions would be to avoid middle names with an "AIR" sound (Mary, Caroline), two syllables (Eva, Julie) and starting OR ending with a soft "a" (Amelia, Maria). Good luck!
