I like Daisy and Alec enormously! Brynn and Harper make no sense to me at all. I like Adrian and to a lesser extent Dominic for boys, so Dominique (f) and Adriana don't do it for me. A friend has a Clea daughter whom everyone calls Clare - they've given up correcting people. And I like Clare better anyway.

Merrick has positive sporting connections where I live, and it's certainly better than Eric, but I wouldn't say I like it exactly. Ambrose is impossible to take seriously; Elijah has a religious air about it that I don't endorse; Leander could work as a mn, but would shorten to Lee as a fn and I'm over Lee, Leigh etc for m and f people. Leonidas would be odd on a non-Greek person, but as a name it's fine and Leo is fine too.
