Leon has long been a favorite of mine, as well as Silas. Ned is my favorite nickname for Edmund / Edward. I like Atticus, but I'd prefer it in the middle name position probably because of the TKAM association it carries. Jacobi is interesting, more interesting than Jacob, but I probably wouldn't use it. Finnigan is all last name to me.
I like them all.
I know a few Leons, of all ages. It is a family name for some people I know. The youngest is Leon Zacchaeus.
Jacobi, I keep hearing this more and more. I saw it on Chopped (tv show) a couple of days ago, and a couple I know adopted a little boy from Africa and named him this - though it might be spelt Jacoby. I think I prefer the 'y' ending, but the name had a little more flair than Jacob, while still sounding legit at least. Not my personal style, but decent.
Atticus is quite a statement name. I am not really a fan, but it is a strong sound with immediate pop culture, history and literary references... so not bad.
Finnigan is very surnamey to me, but as far as celtic names go - I love the Fs.
Ned - you never hear this anymore. I think I would prefer it as a nickname (though my brain went blank on what it would be short for).
Silas - It so smooth and strong, I just like this name a lot. It got popular a while back and I took it off my own lists, but I like it still.
