Re: WDYT?

Patrick: a classic boy name. Not my favorite, but certainly solid.
Neo: I personally don't like this. Leo is better in my opinion.
Anthony: similar to Patrick.
Ewan: an interesting variant of Evan, but I'm not sure it's very usable.
Honorata: Honor (or even Honora if you want it to sound more feminine) would be a better choice.
Tilly: an adorable name on a little girl. I think it's a cute nickname for Matilda, but not usable as a full name.
Raphael: a great name! I can picture it on a little boy or a grown man. It's not too serious or too juvenile.
Mikhail: I'm neutral on this one, to be honest.
Bailey: better on a girl, in my opinion.
Clemmy: This is just ugly. I assume it's a nickname for Clementine; in that case, I would just use Clementine in full, or something like Tina if you really want a nickname.
Solly: very strange and out-there. When I saw this, I thought of a girl immediately.
Cecelia: a classic, pretty girl's name. I like the variants Celia and Cecily better, but Cecelia is certainly a great name as well.
Gia: could be a nickname or a full name. I'm neutral.
Niamh: a gorgeous name. I believe it means bright, but I could be wrong. However, it's not easy for native English speakers to pronounce at first sight.
Oscar: similar to Raphael.
Felix: an uncommon name that everyone has still heard of.
Alfie: I like it and it's cute, but not usable as a full name.
Lewis: I prefer the spelling Louis, but to each their own.
Ben: similar to Patrick. I wouldn't use it as a full name.
Archie: similar to Alfie. Whenever I hear this name, I think of the musical "13" in which one of the major characters is named Archie.
Damian: I'm not too fond of this one.
Elbie: ugly.
Albie: also ugly.
