I don't know where this impression comes from so I may be well off the mark but I would guess you come from a close family background and you hope for your children to very grounded and possibly that you understand the value of working hard and appreciate what you earn from that.

Actually, you are the one who is closest to the mark. I am not a religious person, and neither is my husband; we value education but neither of us finished college (I went to a junior college for several years but didn't finish; he never went at all.) We both value hard work and we like to think of ourselves as grounded. I'd say your assessment is spot-on. :)
