Reuben - my 5th gr grandfather who, when captured in the fall of Fort Washington during the Revolutionary War, boldly escaped boarding a British prison-ship, grasping his musket by the barrel and wielding it as a club, then out-running pursuing "Indians". This story has certainly broadened my perception of the name.
