Laura and Lorena (Marina and Nenad) - well that's confusingly silly
Kiara (Ivana and Dario) - I used to love love love Keira and Kiara as a teenager.
Luka, Matej and Bartol (Tihana and Siniša) - Not so sold on Bartol, but Luka and Matej are great
Ivan (Sanja and Emil) - Swooning over Sanja and Emil
Lorena and Leona (Ivana and KristijanKiki’) - Again, foolishly confusing sister names
Natalija and Renato (Sanja and Željko) - I love Natalija so much and I have a really really good association with the name
Melani and Mislav (Martina and Mario) - I think I see a theme...Cecilija - Nice
Dalia - Pretty
Edo - Interesting. New one for me
Elvis - not usable, I don't think
Lenko - hmmm
Romica - this is neat.
Tanita - okay

Laura and Lorena are far to similar for my taste.
Kiara is cute, but fits in the modern cute name bandwagon: Kiara, Kyla, Kiera, Kiana, Kaylie, Kylie, etc.
Luka is lovely. Matej is not my style. Bartol reminds me of the Bartholin gland. (eek)
Ivan is not my style. I just always picture an old fisherman with a white beard.
Lorena and Leona are, again, too similar for my taste. I do like Leona, however.
Natalija and Renato are a good combo.
Melani and Mislav are a cute combo, though I would prefer Milani and Mislav.
