I think Caspian works just fine. It's not strange or childish, and I think Anakin is far worse. Caspian and Theodora could work for siblings, but Caspian and Alfred or Wilfred is too much of a stretch.
Personally, I prefer Casper, Caspar or Kaspar over Caspian.
