Dorothea - I think it sounds a bit old fashioned because it is so similar to Dora and Dorothy. Having said that, I do like the sound and Thea is a nice nickname.
April - This is cute and I like it a lot!
Isadora - Like it
Eden - I'm not keen on unisex names (which this seems to have become). Eden seems a bit bland to me.
Norah - Love it, girly and sweet but not too cutesy
Everett - I like this
Cyrus - A bit "red necky" and I don't think the y in there looks right
Arthur - Love it!
Barnabas - Would probably be shortened to Barney which is still too associated with purple dinosaurs for me
