Joan. It is the most surprising on a young person, and I believe it is ripe for the reviving. It's so streamline and buttoned up. I also think the vowel sound is lovely. I'd readily use the adorable nickname Joanie as well, adding a buttoned-down alternative.
I also love Jean, Jane, Joanna, and Janet, but they seem to miss a special energy that Joan exudes for me.
