Harriet (surprising to me - it's popular in England and Wales, Australia, and New Zealand, though)

Moroni doesn't rank in Utah either. I'm surprised-- last time it was used enough to appear in the background data was 2009-- 6 boys.

The best it ever ranked was in 2000-- 10 boys were given the name that year.

Mosiah only ever appeared in 2001-- 5 boys.

Huh. I know a ton of boys and men named Moroni, but I guess there's not quite enough of a concentration of them actually being born in Utah each year to make the ranking.
