Depends how you're pronouncing Theodores. I probably would pronounce it Tee-oh based on where I live and the fact that I'm accustomed to the Thee-oh pronunciation.

On first sight, without any context I'd say TAY-o. I don't like Teo much. It looks incomplete without the H.

Nooo this is my favourite name and it's getting so popular, and Teo is the nn we would use! LOL every time I see someone mention I want to be like no, it's awful, please don't make it more popular. But unfortunately I'm an honest sort, and what I really think is that Theodore is a very handsome, yet approachable, name.

I actually like both Theo and Teo, but one side of my family is French and we'd ideally enroll any children in a French school, so we'd use the pronunciation 'tay-o' for consistency, regardless of whether we went with the Theo or Teo spelling (I'm undecided).

I've only heard it pronounced TAY-o, where I live. It's cute.

I guess if it's a nn for Theodore then I'd pronounce it like Theo without the h.

I pronounce Theodore as in English but Theo alone as tay-o.

I think Teo only works if you're a non-English speaker. On an English speaker it feels pretentious and snotty, like you're trying too hard to be different.
I wouldn't even be sure how to say Teo. Tee-O, like Theo, which is much more familiar to English speakers? Or Tay-O, which is so far from the way Theodore is pronounced in English?
