It would be a toss-up for me between Gemma and Eleanora. I'm not wild about how similar Gemma is to Emma and I prefer the more streamlined Eleanor. As I type this, I think I'm leaning more towards Eleanora just because I like the potential nns (Ella, Ellie).
I'd say my least fave is Judy, hands down.
I never liked Aurora much because it was somewhat difficult to say. My dd, who is a college freshman, has become good friends with a girl named Aurora. She has a gorgeous, flowing Italian surname and the entire effect is showstopping. As a result, I'm somewhat smitten with Aurora even though I still have some issues with it.
