Amelia Pearl - If I wanted to use a "pearl" name, I'd just use Margaret--Amelia Margaret.
Autumn Rose - too phrasey
Ava Grey - not a fan of the repeating "ay" sounds
Cassidy Lennox - looks more like a fn/ln combo
Daisy Florence - I love Daisy, but with Florence, it's too stuffy.
Evaline Harper - Harper Evaline would flow better, but I like both names.
Evelyn Snow - fn/ln
Fiona Quinn - meh
Savannah Libby - not a fan of nicknames in the middle
Tinley Harper - sounds more like a description than a name combo (the tinly harper)

Cassidy Lennox - about as androgynous as you can get. I feel pretty neutral about it. I think I'd prefer this combo on a boy actually
Daisy Florence - it's fine; I would probably prefer Florence Daisy
Evaline Harper - can't be objective about this because of how much I dislike the name Harper but Evaline is pretty
Evelyn Snow - this is cool; I dig it
Fiona Quinn - I like it :) This is my favorite of all the combos in this post by far actually.

Amelia Pearl and Autumn Rose are pretty. Amelia Rose would be pretty too, though there might be several of those running around. I think Amelia Pearl is my favorite of your girl combos. Autumn Rose is two words though so you might want to think about how ok you are with a name that sounds so descriptive.
Cassidy Lennox is my least favorite girl name on your list.. Ava is a nice name, but I don't like Grey as a middle or Lennox. I don't care for Tinley.
The rest of the first names are nice enough but I don't think the combos are as nice as Amelia Pearl. I don't normally Iike Daisy but your combo with Florence strikes a chord with me for some reason. Daisy may not work on a middle aged woman well though.
