Floria
What do you think of Floria? Does it sound too much like "floor" + "ia"? Does it seem superfluous in a world where Flora exists? I quite like it—it's rococo but not unapproachable. I don't know much about the opera Tosca, but an operatic heroine is a rich namesake. Some combos:Floria Matilda
Floria Minerva
Floria Helen
Floria Judith
Floria Sabina
Floria Sibyl / Sibylla / Sibilla
Floria Fernanda
Floria Millicent
Floria Constance
Floria Ingrid
Floria Laetitia / Letitia / Letizia
Floria Juliet
Floria Ginevra
Floria Winifred
Floria Henrietta
Floria Celestina
Floria Marguerite

I don't mind Floria - it's a bit like Flor meets Gloria. (Flor sounds pretty in Spanish, but I've never really liked Flora in English.)

As a lover of the name Flora, I think that Floria is a stupendous name! It sounds like a forgotten, historical gem, to my ears. From your list, I love:
Floria Ginevra
Floria Judith
Floria Ingrid
Floria Sibyl
Floria Constance
Floria Minerva
Floria Sabina

Floria fits music more easily than Flora, and given the bleak violence of the story, the obvious alternative - Gloria - could not have been less suitable. I dislike it for being fake Latin. And I've never attended a production of the opera, but I do know a wonderful story about it, which I can't vouch for: the plot deals with war, enemy armies coming closer, tension building up ... and at the very end the heroine (? The soprano, anyway) puts an end to herself by jumping off the battlements of wherever she is ... and one night for some reason a different mattress was in position for her to land on. Land on it, she did, and embarrassingly bounced so high that the audience had an extra glimpse of her, looking startled, and then vanishing again.

It's super pretty! If Julia/Julie, Lauren/Laura, Arielle/Ariella, etc. can coexist, so too can Flora/Floria.
