What do you mean by “haven’t been used” in this context?

I have no idea how to check which have been used in the l50 years, but I think these would be cool:

The British Queen Victoria Eugenie of Spain died in 1969 so Eugenie has been used quite recently.

During the Georgian period in England, some Princes had the name Augustus (one was a Duke of Sussex).

The French Queen Henrietta Maria of England lived in the 1600's so that name could be revived again.

In England, Jeffrey is usually spelled Geoffrey, Neil, Claude and Sapphire would be considered "chavvy" (eg. low social status). Claude was popular in the French Royal Family. Rose is an aristocratic name but highly unlikely for a Queen's first name.

I'd actually love to see super old (or medieval) royal names make a comeback. Wikipedia says that their was a King Alfred of Wessex in the 10th century, as well as a King Edmund and King Edgar. That would be cool.

I also think King Louis rolls well. William and Kate seem to think so too, considering they used it as a middle name for George and a first name for, well, Louis. BUT, it also sounds very French in my opinion. The French had 16 King Louis (even more if you count the restauration and Louis-Philippe). So would it be ''too French'' for the British monarchy? Maybe. At the same time, it's not like France is the heriditary ennemy anymore. ;-)

The late Queen's sister was Margaret Rose, both of which would do nicely. And I was surprised to find a Queen Anabella of Scotland. How about Queen Annabel? Henrietta is very heavy, but Queen Harriet sounds much livelier. Harriet Rose. I like it.
