It might possibly be a short form of Laurentius, but it could also possibly be a short form of a Germanic name that contains the element hlud meaning "famous" (such as Ludolf) or even leud meaning "people" (such as Ludger).In 2014, there was a total of 19 bearers (of all ages) of this name in all of the Netherlands (four of which I was able to find on-line and they were all Caucasian and at least 30 years old). The best known example of a bearer of this name is the son (born in February 2012) of Dutch singer Roel van Velzen (b. 1978), who named his son after an acquaintance with the same name.
