It's my youngest daughter's name. Except I spell it "Milena". I don't like nickname "Mel" and this spelling eliminates that possibility. And it gives me the nicknames "Mina" and "Lena" which I also love.

Cute, but a bit "too much".

I adore it. It's a personal favorite of mine, in fact .. one of those nearly perfect names.

A very pretty name. I had a friend in high school who was an exchange student named Milena which I also really like.

I really love the name Melina. I have always loved the name Melinda but disliked the "linda" part, and Melina is just a more beautiful alternative to that name I think. I love this name. It just sounds so sweet and loving and soft to me. My sister and I have always thought that Melina and Calandra would make a lovely sib set. :)
