I see the little kid from Charlie Brown, but I still like the name.

I hate it for a child. I think of Linus in the Peanuts, of course. And the character Linus in one of my favorite movies "Sabrina", the original was played by a stodgy Humphrey Bogart.

Ummm I think of the Peanut's character, Linus. I'm sure that many many people will say the same thing. Aside from that, I dislike the sound of it. It has a very harsh and unpleasant sound to my ears.

I always think of the Peanuts character Linus. The association is too strong for me to ever use the name or to even really like the name despite my affinity for names ending with the 's' sound and containing the 'eye' sound.

I don't care for it. I don't like stereo-typing names. But, I do think of the word sinus, because of the rhyme factor.

I love it. I really dont know what kind of child or man I think of when I hear it, but I just love the name. Without a doubt blonde though.

Only negative thing about it (not for me, but for most), is Linus is a character in Charles Schulz Peanuts comic Strip.
