i prefer Isabel of the two but my favorite is Isabella for some reason i like the look of two "l"s to me one "l" makes the name look incompleate

Isobel - it's more interesting - but Isabelle would be my spelling of choice ...

I think Isabel looks incomplete next to Isobel, which is much prettier, IMO.
But maybe that's because I first heard of the spelling Isobel, and when I read Enid Blyton's Twins at St. Clares books, I thought Isabel (one of the twins) was a creative spelling, since I'd never heard of it before!

Neither. I choose Isabelle. Isabelle looks much more complete than Isabel, which looks unfinished. I don't like the o in Isobel.
