I prefer giving twins names that have similar sounds w/o being rhymey or too overly theme-y. For instance, Caleb and Elisabeth. They have a lot of the same vowel sounds, but there's no overt relationship between them (except that they're both Biblical). If you would like to name RL children Belle & Ebele...go right ahead. I have enough confusion with my 2 kids' names and they're totally different! :-)
