The only names it reminds me of are Sarah ("princess") and Sarai (sah-rah-ee, sah-rie, meaning "my princess"). Sarel means "G-d's prince", so I think Sarael would be "G-d's princess". So Saraeli (sah-rah-elly) would be "my princess of G-d, my godly princess". And Saraelye could be a creative spelling. Of course, that is only valid if the name is in Hebrew, and I don't think pagan rituals use Hebrew. Maybe you should check in Celtic?
