I personally see Sienna as a male name, like Senna (which is the name of the son of the Dutch-Italian singer Marco Borsato). :)

My fave is Cynthia Faye, that gets my vote.

Of Cynthia and Serena, I prefer Serena. Of Nadia and Sienna, I prefer Nadia. Out of all 4, I like Nadia Faye the best. Good luck!

They're all lovely IMO. I like Nadia the best, followed by Sienna, Serena, and Cynthia.

I like Nadia, and Cynthia is an OK name. I don't care for the other names, but if I had to choose a combo, I'd choose Cynthia Faye.
