Isabella and Elizabeth are way too close for sisters. Isabella is a form of Elizabeth and they both have the "izabe" sound in the middle.
I like each name on its own, but I greatly prefer Elizabeth. I also like the name Bella.
For combos I really like Elizabeth Mary.
