Sienna - trendy as it's risen in popularity rather quickly and it's a word.
Sabella - has an old fashioned funky feel to me. It's a nich change from the popular Isabella. Therefore I think Sabella fits in with Thea and Noah more than Sienna.

Sienna Mia has a lot of matching sounds. It's goes nicely together though.
Sabella Mia doesn't look at nice or flow as well.

I absolutely adore Sabella, it's a wonderful alternative to Isabella or Isabel, and is also on my pnl. Sienna is really nice too, but it always makes me think of Sienna Miller, which I don't know is a good thing. I also think in both cases, the names do work well in the sibsets, even with all of the names ending with "uh" or "ah" sound. I'm not really a fan of Mia, but both Sabella and Sienna sound good with Marie.
