I feel like it could go towards an ultra-religious "I'll call her Anna Mercy" feel or a "I want to give my daughter a really cool name so I'll call her Mercy Sage" feel. I can see the religious side, Our Lady of Mercy, comes to mind but I still wouldn't use it. I wouldn't mind seeing it on other people, seems a little out there for a little girl though.
