Dan and Avi are a Jewish couple that live in Montreal. Dan is a native of Canada, but Avi is from Tel Aviv, Israel.
Dan is studying at Université du Québec, and he will graduate with a degree in computers, in a year or so.
Avi is studying linguistics and sociology, at a private university. She will be graduating in two years, and has signed a contract with Israel, to become a translator, for at least two years.
