What do you think of the name Lilou? I think it is such a cute little name! The only problem is I think it might be a little too cutesy for a grown woman. Would Lilou work better as a nickname (like for Louise) or do you like it as a full name?

Any combo suggestions for Lilou (either as a fn or nn)?

Lilou... hmm. Well I really like Lila (pronounce Lee-la), Lyla (lie-la), and Lilo (lee-lo). I'm not really sure how you are pronouncing this. I am saying it as "Lee-loo"
Anyway, I prefer Lila/Lyla and even Lilo. That's not to say I hate Lilou, I just like the others better! I think it definitely works as a NN to Louise!

Of the ones you listed, Lilou Georgia is my favorite. It's Cute! And they sound great together.

I love Lilou! It is too cutesy and insubstantial for me as a given first name, though.

I especially love it as a middle name. Beatrix Lilou is my favorite combo with it (and one of my favorite combos in general).

I think it's adorable for a nn-- maybe Liliana or Lily Eloise or Leilani?

I don't think Lilou sounds right with any mn except maybe something French, like Lilou Hélène, Lilou Mireille, Lilou Eliane...
