I would just assume it was the daughter of a Tim and an Amanda, who thought it would be creative to combine their names. I'm not sure if this is an actual name, and just not in the database, but my first impression would be that it sounds created and kind of silly.
If you like names similar to Tim or Amanda, what about Timothea or Miranda?
