I love Margot! It's on my list for potential use on a hypothetical future child. I have no French ancestry. I like Margot Catherine the best of your three combos. Margot Erica and Margot Lake seem mismatched in style. Also, Erica feels dated, and I've always thought of Lake as being masculine for whatever reason.
