Marcia pronounced Mahr-SEE-ah. If you want it pronounced as
Marsha, why not spell it
Marsha?
Though if people in USA pronounce
Marcia a
Marsha and you prefer this spelling, use
Marcia and correct the few who pronounce it the other way.
I'm not fond of the sh-sound in the middle of names.
