I like Isabel (sweet and friendly) and Isobel (a little more mysterious and medieval-looking).
Isabelle and Isabella are both frilly and make me think of royalty (or just some kid whose parents like frilly names). I don't think they're as approachable as the simpler versions.
Annabel is nice but I prefer Isabel because the "bell" part seems more intentional in Annabel. Like Isabel is just a whole name and Isa is too short for a proper first name, but Annabel could have been Anna and it's obviously had a bell put on the end deliberately. Bel/bell is my least favorite part of these names so I don't want it to be emphasized.
Isabeau is interesting and I like seeing it, but it is a little awkward to say. It reminds me too much of "Beau" as a given name which I don't like at all, but I guess I'd rather meet an Isabeau than an Isabella.
