I actually like it for its Exorcist connections, so I prefer it spelled Regan, after the character. I remember for a while Rosemary Regan was a combo I really liked.

My first thought is The Exorcist because for a long time that was the only Reagan I'd ever seen or heard of (as in, first name Reagan).
Now, though? Super trendy. I started to see a few little Reagans while substitute teaching but now I'm seeing more and more on my FB feed.

I love it and has for a very long time.
I have no bad connotation with it, other than the character "Reagan" in "The Exorcist"... But that's alright for me.
