I'm surprised I haven't come across a Psyche. Odin, Alas, Persephone, Penelope, Echo, Apollo - I've come across all of these.
Could it work? Yes. It's not to my taste and I suspect that it would come with a LOT of baggage. My name, Haven, is difficult enough to explain. I can't imagine trying to explain Psyche. Add in the "Psych" part and it's perfect for teasing.
I'd go all out.
