I know of a child called Olivia Twenty Dahl (1955-1962) who got her first name after the character in Twelfth Night and her middle name from the fact that her father only had $20 in his pocket when he first saw her in the hospital. An author Jung Chang says that her great grandmother was simply known as daughter number two and never had a name.
If Four is this little boy’s name though and not his age it is going to cause a lot of confusion when people first meet him though they will get used to it. I really don’t like it though.

I love Twelfth Night! I'm actually acting in it right now :). Olivia is a nice choice, but the middle name is a little odd.
In Asian cultures, it was very common to name a child "daughter" and then their birth order. My grandmother's name is "Third daughter."

That is true. It would have given more context. My mom was given an actual name and she is much more happy and successful. Although, funny enough, my mom is also the third daughter 😂.
