Help[Opinions] Sibset siting: Everest and Avalon
Saw a YouTube short of a toddler brother meeting his newborn baby sister. The boy was Everest and the newborn girl was Avalon. What do you think of them separately and together?
Personally, though I kind of like the sound of the name Everest at a theoretical level, being associated with a mountain that X number of people die on every year, and has body landmarks scattered about, would be an Association I wouldn't be too thrilled about. I do quite love Avalon and it's association with Arthurian heaven. My mother and I have always been fans of the King Arthur Legends. But I think that Association will be lost on most people and the majority will think of the car. And things like "Harley" and "Mercedes" are so outside the scope of my style. It's probably the only "car" name I'd be most likely to use. I do think they make a good sibset though. The names do seem complementary to one another.
