I think
Bree
can stand on its own, especially now with its use on
Desperate Housewives
.
As far as NNs go, I don't see why anything with the
BREE
sound in it couldn't work, like
Aubrey
or
Sabrina
, or even something with a soft BR sound, like
Brigid
.
