Ella Rose - Like Ella, but as a nickname. I'd do something longer as real name like Daniella or Isabella.
Isabelle Grace - Love the combo/flow!
Lily Amelia - Prefer Lilly Emilia (Like Lilly as a nn for Lillian) But pretty!
& Beatrice May - I do not particularly like Beatrice. May is bit of a filler middle name. Prefer it spelled Mae. But overall, nice flow.
Edit: nn- Bea, Trice/Trish, Tricia, Tess came to mind. :]
Or you could do Rice, but I beleive the people here prefer it spelled Ryce / Rhys. :]
