Yes, it is. I prefer it on a girl. It's okay on a boy, though.

I think it's very manly on a boy. I really dislike it on girls.

I actually don't mind it on a girl (as a middle name) but it still seems more masculine to me.

No it's not, it's handsome on a boy

i don't like it. It's so heavy and dark and masculine. Morgana is not nice either but better.

Much prefer it on a boy

No... boy's name.

Yes!It's my name. I love it and would find it too feminine on a boy nowadays given that every single Morgan I've met (mostly all under the age of 10) were girls.

No. I hate it on a girl. It sounds soo masculine. It's handsome on a boy.

I think yesIt's one of the rare names that, for me, works well on both genders. There is something very sleek and glassy about this name for a girl, and chivalrous and knightly for a boy.So in my world, yes, it works well for a girl. Very pretty. :)

NoMorgan is handsome on a boy, blah on a girl.

I prefer it for a boy, but I wouldn't call it's okay for a girl too.

NoI actually think Morgan is one the most unpretty names for a girl, and a boy for that matter. I just really dislike this name. It reminds me of organ (as in body parts).

No. Its better for a boy and I personally only like it as a middle name.

I have never met a guy with the name Morgan. Only Morgan Freeman, the actor. I've only known girls with the name, so to me its very girly.

It's bearable, but comes to mind for a guy before a gal. I personally think it should be left as a surname. Am getting tired of the surnames for fns trend.

It seems completely strange to me on a girl because of my ex-boyfriend who was called Jesse Morgan. Now, everytime I see a Morgan, I automatically expect to see a male middle name. It's kind of like a female Richard to me or something. Not sure how I'd feel about it if that hadn't been his name.

Boy, please.I love Morgan, but only on a boy. With so many lovely girls' names, it's a shame for any of the few well-established male names to be given to a girl. It's especially ridiculous with Morgan, which has a feminine form anyway.

It sounds so morbid, and unfeminine. I much prefer, Morgana.

I prefer it for boys. I find it too masculine for girls.

It's nothing I'd ever use. I think it sounds better on a boy.

I like it for both sexes, but I prefer it on a girl. Morgan Le Fay is the reason it sounds more feminine.

I think it's okay. I would never use it though. My aunts name is Morgan Donell.

I like it on a girl. I used to want a daughter named Morgan after Morgan le Fay :P
I think it is a bit overused in some placed but I still like it. I don't dislike it on a boy, but I do like it on a girl better.
