I love it and while it is a bit plain I don't find it boring at all.
Ana is used here, so that's the spelling I prefer. I know numerous spelled
Ana (all ages and it's my grandmother's name so I plan to use some form of it to honor her, currently I'm liking Ana-Sofia best) and none spelled
Anna.
Ana is one of the most consistently popular names here, it was in the top 5 when I was born in 1983 and it was #3 in 2009 and it was very popular in my grandmother's generation. We're a Catholic country so
Marija and
Ana (and
Anamarija and
Marijana) and it's derivatives have a very prominent place.
