Tallulah
What are your thoughts on Tallulah? How about versus Talulla, the Irish name? I'm not sure how that is pronounced, so information for me would be great there. :) What middle names would you use? Thanks!

Tallulah is a lovely name, I've always liked it. I do prefer it to Talulla, it's just personal preference.

My good friend has an eight month old daughter Tallulah Claire. I too thought it was a ridiculous name when Tallulah Willis was born but now I suddenly love it! Funny how that can happen as time goes by. I think it's pretty and full of spunk and love all the nicknames, especially Tallie.

Town in Louisiana... sounds good other than for that small little footnote.

When Tallulah Willis was born, I really thought her name was ridiculous. It was too much of a "one-person" name (Bankhead) and too full of roly-poly, sing-songy syllables. Seventeen years later, and I've grown to like it, and I think it's musical and bright. *shrug*I slightly prefer the simpler Talulla spelling but, like you, I'm not completely sure they're pronounced the same.

I've been liking Tallulah a lot lately. I think that either Tallie or Lula would be great as nicknames. I like both spellings, but slightly prefer Tallulah just because of it's familiarity. Is Talulla definitely pronounced the same way?Tallulah Natalie (There are a lot of repeating sounds in this one. I'm not sure if it really works, but it came to mind right away for some reason.)
Tallulah Neve
Tallulah Iris
Tallulah Claire
Tallulah Mabel
Tallulah Beatrix
Tallulah Maren
Tallulah Primrose (This is SO frilly, which isn't usually my style, but there's something about it that I kind of like anyway.)
Tallulah Ivy
Tallulah Vera
Tallulah Morgane
Tallulah Gwyneth
Tallulah Gwen
Tallulah Beryl
Tallulah Caroline
Tallulah Wynne
Tallulah Zara
Tallulah Paige
Tallulah Seren
Tallulah Phoebe
Tallulah Wren
Tallulah Bethan
Tallulah Violet
Tallulah Jane

I think both versions are very pretty, although I prefer Tallulah. For middle names, I tend towards one or two syllables:Tallulah Mae
Tallulah Rose
Tallulah Maeve
Tallulah Marie
Tallulah Bronwen

I like Tallulah, but not enough to use. It used to be a fave but now it seems kind of crazy. I still kind of like it though, and I think Tallie is super cute.I dislike Talulla. It would always get misspelled. Plus it looks like it should be said tah-LULL-a instead of tah-LOO-la.I like Tallulah Belle, it's gorgeous, but already the name of Bruce Willis' and Demi Moore's daughter.Maybe Tallulah Bay or Tallulah Jade. Something that's interesting but short.

See, I can't use Tallie as a nickname. My little sister's name is Talbot, and her nickname is Tally. :( I think I'd probably use Lou or something. Maybe Tali (TAH-lee), since it's Hebrew. Or Tasha. Hmmm. Things to think about instead of homework...
