It's in my top 20; I've liked it for years. I think it works well in English speaking countries.

I like it. I've only ever met one, and she was pretty cool. Her name was tah-tee-AH-na, but I've heard the name in a movie and there it was tah-tsee-AH-na. I think it just depends on where you live.
I don't know if a Tatiana would be made fun of with words like "tatas"? But I guess if that happened they could just start going by Tiana.

This was my Russian name in high school. I like it. It's also the mn of one of my students, and she likes it. She even wants to write it on her assignments. Not her fn, just her mn, even though she doesn't go by it.

There's a woman at college named this and I think it's a shame because my tutor always mispronounces her name - she takes it all in good humour though. I think it's pretty but a little over the top, I actually quite like Tiana on it's own :)

I think it's pretty, and underrated. I would use it.

Very diva-fantasy to me.

I love it. I think it's pretty, but sophisticated and elegant. I first fell in love with it after I read Alexander Pushkin's Eugene Onegin, and the character Tatiana in that really shaped my opinion of the name. She was very romantic and young and passionate at the beginning, and although she'd experienced heartbreak, by the end of it she was empathetic, but not willing to sacrifice her morals. It also has a bunch of nickname options (most Russian names do, though), which is definitely a plus with a three/four syllable name.
