Re: WDYTO?

Adelaide is too South Australia.
Augusta is very formal, and Gussie, Gus, Augie etc are unlovely and unlovable.
Cecilia is long and frilly; can be fine for a mn but for fn purposes, give me Cecily any time.
Theodora ... the meaning seems more obtrusive than that of Dorothy, and it's not a meaning that I find meaningful; plus, I know an early 20s Theodora whose father chose the name (he's a lay preacher) but she hates it and will only answer to Theo.
Imagina? That's a name, is it? Well, well. (But I really do like Imogen!)

I saw Imagina on a site of royal forenames, but for the life of me I cannot figure out who had that forename. Maybe someone just made it up for the website.
Or it might have been someone misunderstanding an advertisement - there's an interior design company in South Africa called Imagenius, and I suppose there must be similar firms elsewhere.
