I suppose Alexandra is my favorite, since it's the most classic and stalwart. Alexa simply does nothing for me; Alexis is vacuous and snippy and spoiled (that is, reminiscent of such a person); and Alexia is a reading disorder. My favorite variants of Alexandra are Alexandrina, Alexandrine, and Alexina.
