I didn't cringe at any of those!!
I actually quite like most of them. That's unusual for newborns for me these days.

I've always liked Shiloh for a boy. In fact, when I was a teenager I was surprised that some people use it on girls.
I'd actually never heard of the name before Jolie/Pitt used it, but from the first time I heard it, it sounded like a boys name to me.
Hazel - cute. prob. one of my fav throwback names, but about to get (or is it already?) annoyingly common
Shiloh (m) - not my fav, but prefer it on a boy as here
Patrick - like it
Grant - nice
Jayce (m) - prefer it spelled Jace so it doesn't look like Jay-see (although maybe that's what his name is, who knows)
Talae (?) - interesting...tah-lay? tah-lie? prob. the first. I suppose i'd get used to it, but initial reaction..no.
Mereidi (?)- okay. it could grow on me. pron. MER-eh-dee or mu-RAY-dee? maybe they were going for a blend of meredith and merida? or it's a typo of meredith. that's what it looks like at least.
Dante - nice

Its meant to be a variant spelling of Jace, but like you I see Jaycee as wel.
I learned Talae is a female. I heard the parents have a Thai background.
Mereidi is definitely not a typo. But, I spent a long time trying to figure out how it might be pronounced.
