In general, I like your list.
Sullivan and Truman are not my taste and don't really go with the other imo. However, Dexter, Ian, Arthur and Emmett are grade A.
Dexter is kinda nerdy-chic and Emmett has always been a fav.
As for your gilrs, I love Daphne and Rhiannon. Penelope is my niece so I have a soft spot for Pennys (or Pennas).
I do like Viola better than Violet (as the other poster suggested)... however, Violet is proably the classiest and cutest name on your list.
Fiona is darling too, but I wonder why Bianca is not on your list - it seems to fit the rest.
Plus Dexter and Bianca would make an awesome sibset.
Scarlett doesnt appeal to me anymore, but it is nice. Lorelei would be the name I would lose, simply because I prefer it's counterparts like Laurel or Liora.
