Most classic names would work fine in both the US and Sweden (and most of the Western world).

One problem with these classic names is that there are "taken" by friends and family.
I like Jack, but the letter J is pronounced so different in Swedish than in English and I prefer if the name is pronounced as similar as possible in both languages.
I also like Sophia, but think I'd spell it Sofia.
