Uh, well considering that their last name is like, NEVER publicized I'd say that maiden name is next best bet
Maybe we should be calling her Catherine Middleton, or Duchess of Cambridge, but Catherine Mountbatten-Winsor is a bit much to ask I think.
I'm curious too, how you know so definitively that she does not go by Kate. Not questioning it, just would like to know where you get such information
