I juest recently learned the name Vail. I think some celebrity used it (possibly a talk-show host, since my Mom is the one who discovered it.)
Anyway - I ADORE Vail. I only wish I had thought of it before everyone.
Olivia actually pairs with it very nicely and it is not too much of a tongue twister for me.
It sounds so complete though, like Vail is the last name. So, I wonder if it would sound off-kilter with your last name tacked on the end.
Olivia itself is a bit too trendy for me, but I truly appreciate your combo anyway.
